You have selected a delivery day at checkout. Unless you hear otherwise from us, your order will be delivered on the requested day and you will receive confirmation the evening before delivery by email.

If your order included fish, they will arrive in easy to carry 10kg boxes. Please remove the bags from the boxes and float them, unopened, on the surface of the water for 30 minutes.

After this time you can remove the bands from the top of the bag and roll down the edge. Then allow fresh water to slowly enter the bag. The fish can then be released into their new home.
