Delivery

Fish delivery is £19.95 for no matter how many fish you order and orders over £250 will be delivered FOC. **. If is often possible for us to post dry goods much cheaper than this and so if you have paid £19.95 postage and there are no fish on your order then we will refund you any excess postage paid. 

All Food has free postage, Pond Plants £6.95 and Dry Goods £2.95 

We use a couple of different DX Couriers to transport our fish and they are fully licensed Live Fish Overnight Carrier in the UK. All fish are transported double bagged with neat oxygen, in our own "Custom made" boxes.

The quality of the couriers that we use mean that the fish arrive to your door with the absolute minimum of stress. We can deliver fish to your door on the day that is most convenient for you from Tuesday to Saturday. The couriers are able to offer a Saturday service again but there is a £8.50 surcharge for this service. You will be asked to select a delivery day at checkout and your fish will be delivered on this day unless you hear from us to say that this is not possible.

and ALL BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE and KW Postcodes also Channel Islands & Shetlands are excluded.

	Delivery requires a great deal of care from us and a similar amount of care from our courier. We start with a VERY large plastic bag into which we put your fish.
	The fish require oxygenated water so we help by adding extra oxygen to make them comfortable. We then securely tie the bag to ensure that the oxygen stays in place and the fish remain comfortable. We have custom built boxes that suit our plastic fish carriers.
	Once our boxes are securely sealed DX - our courier - collect them ready for next day delivery
